Multi-account Association

• Any existing account user can create an account by clicking on "Enterprise account Sign up" or "reseller Sign up" link which is available in the login page of emSign certHub Portal.

• Upon clicking on Enterprise Sign up / Reseller Sign up, the screen will be redirected to the respective account creation page as explained above.

• After providing all the required details & click on the "Sign up" button, an account activation will be activation email will be sent to the registered email ID to activate the respective account.

• Upon clicking on "Activate Account" button in email, user will be navigated to the Account Authentication page.

• Password will be auto filled which is there for the existing account.

• Click on "Authenticate" to proceed further.

• On click of 'Authenticate', an Account authenticated successfully message will be shown on the screen.

• Once the account is authenticated, the respective account user can log in to the portal by providing an email & password

• Click on the "Sign in" button to proceed further in for choosing the account in "Choose your account to Sign in" page.

• A list of all Reseller/Enterprise accounts will be displayed here. account user can click on the "Proceed" button of any account with which wants to proceed.

• If any Reseller / Enterprise account expired for an existing account, then the user can get to know from this page itself.
