Subscription Plan Coverage for SSL Products

emSign SSL Subscription plan allows you to pay for a single price for up to three years of SSL/TLS certificate coverage for DV & OV products. With Multi-year Plans, you pick the SSL/TLS certificate, the duration of coverage you want, and the certificate validity. Until the plan expires, you reissue your certificate at no cost each time either by manual / Auto approval based on the configuration until reaches the end of its validity period.

To order a emSign SSL subscription product from emSign Certhub, below are the steps applicable

1. Choose your SSL/TLS DV (or) OV product.

2. Fill out the Organization Details information - Applicable for OV (Org. name, unit, country etc.,)

3. Fill out the certificate request / Organization Representative information (Name, email ID, mobile no & other details etc.,).

4. Upload / Attach / SKIP your Certificate Signing Request (CSR).

5. Provide Certificate information Details (SAN name).

6. Provide additional information (Reporting tags, order remarks, Technical POC, Auto-renew until coverage & custom fields (if applicable)).

7. Proceed for SSL/TLS DV (or) OV certificate payment.

Choose Product & Validity

• To place any of the emSign SSL DV / OV subscription product, Go to Certificates > New Request. Under 'Product' select any emSign DV /OV product from 'Products' dropdown list.

• Account user will be displayed with a 'Subscription For' field where the user can select the validity period (i.e., 1 Year, 2 Years & 3 Years). If the selected product is a UCC then No. of domains field will displayed. Based on the No. of Domains selected account user can see the Order Value upfront.

• Click on "Next" button to proceed further.

Additional Information

• Auto-renew certificates until coverage: Click the check box for 'Auto-renew certificates until coverage' to configure renewal criteria. If enabled emSign will automatically renew the certificate based on the criteria selected & a successful reissuance order succesful email will be sent. If disabled, the account user has to do the manual reissuance whenever the certificate is going to expires. This can also be edited in the orders view page after order ID generation.

• Other additional information is similar to SSL OV / SSL DV.

• Click on 'Next' to proceed further.

• Upon order placed account user can also see the SSL subscription information. Additionally, the account user can change the auto-renew configuration from this section.

• Upon the certificate being downloaded, the account user can either Reissue the certificate (or) Add / Remove SANs depending on the necessity.
