Ordering with Custom Fields

• Select any product from the Product dropdown list.

• Fill in all the necessary order form sections.

Custom order fields

• This form allows you to specify/enter the custom order field value against every active custom fields available in your emSign account. It will be displayed under Additional Information as shown below.

• All the below custom fields appearing in your certificate order form have been enforced through 'Custom fields Settings' by your account administrator. Only the mandatory fields are to sufficient to proceed with order. The below screenshot shows a few examples of custom fields.

• Note: For the same custom field, field value provided in the order form can vary from one order to another.

Important Note: Custom fields are not part of Subject / SAN attributes in the certificate.

Edit Custom Fields

• Custom Fields can be edited after new order generation in the orders view page as shown below.
