Low Balance Alerts
To add low balance alerts, go to Settings > Account Configuration.
Checkbox for 'Send Low Account Balance Alerts' can be enabled or disabled as per the usage.
Upon enable, low credit alert email will be sent to the provided notification email ID's when it reaches the threshold amount.
By enablement of the checkbox, below two fields will be displayed.
Notification Email IDs
Administrator can provide the email ID for which alerts will be sent.
Threshold Amount
Threshold amount can be mentioned here.
User will receive low account balance alerts, if the account balance exceeds a threshold amount.
