Share Order Status Tracking URL
To track the certificate order, go to Certificates > Orders > View order page.
On click of "Track Order" a modal will be displayed as shown below.
Track Order status can be opened in 2 ways,
Open URL
Share URL
Open URL
Upon clicking on this button, a track order will be opened in a separate window with the required product verification process.
Share URL
Upon clicking on this button, an order status tracking link will be sent to the Certificate requester/Organization representative
