Role based access control

There are 5 kinds of roles in the emSign Hub namely,

1. Administrator

2. Manager

3. Finance Manager

4. Standard User

5. Basic User

Administrator

• Below listed are the access control in emSign Hub to which they have access to below mentioned features.

1. Full Portal Access

2. Can Access Dashboard (Full Access)

3. Can access new certificate Requests.

4. Can access Orders.

5. Can access expiring Certificates.

6. Can create & manage Organizations.

7. Can create & manage Domains.

8. Can access REST API's

9. Can access ACME API's

10. Can access finance related features.

11. Can access My profile.

12. Can create & manage groups.

13. Can create & manage users.

14. Can access audit logs.

15. Can create user invitations.

16. Can create & manage private & public private CA.

17. Can create & manage private & public products.

18. Can create & manage sub accounts.

19. Can create & manage price list for sub accounts.

20. Can access account settings.

21. Can access Reports.

22. Can access tools.

Manager

• Below listed are the access controls in emSign Hub to which they have access to the below-mentioned features.

1. Can Access Dashboard (Billing alerts, low credit alerts, self-orders count, track self-orders & Quick links)

2. Can access new certificate requests (Only associated groups and ordering on behalf of Enterprise)

3. Can access their own certificate orders.

4. Can access their own expiring certificates.

5. Can manage Organizations.

6. Can manage Domains.

7. Can access REST API's

8. Can access ACME API's

9. Can access finance related features.

10. Can access My profile (Billing information & Profile information)

11. Can manage groups (Credits allocation)

12. Can manage users.

13. Can access audit logs.

14. Can manage private & public private CA.

15. Can manage private & public products.

16. Can manage sub accounts (Fund allocation)

17. Can create & manage price list for sub accounts.

Finance Manager
