Handling Incorrect Login Attempts

  1. Invalid Password Notification:

  • If the user enters an incorrect or invalid password, the system will display an alert message notifying them of the error.

  1. Account Blocking After Multiple Failed Attempts:

  • If the user enters the wrong password multiple times consecutively, the account will be temporarily blocked to prevent unauthorized access.

  • A login blocked notification will also be displayed on the screen.

  1. Email Notification:

  • The user will receive an email notification informing them that their account has been blocked due to repeated failed login attempts.

  1. Unblocking the Account:

  • To unblock the account, the user must contact their assigned emSign Hub account manager for assistance.
