Handling Incorrect Login Attempts
Invalid Password Notification:
If the user enters an incorrect or invalid password, the system will display an alert message notifying them of the error.
Account Blocking After Multiple Failed Attempts:
If the user enters the wrong password multiple times consecutively, the account will be temporarily blocked to prevent unauthorized access.
A login blocked notification will also be displayed on the screen.
Email Notification:
The user will receive an email notification informing them that their account has been blocked due to repeated failed login attempts.
Unblocking the Account:
To unblock the account, the user must contact their assigned emSign Hub account manager for assistance.
