Add Credits

emSign CertHub provides you two modes of payment: Online Payment & Offline Payment. To add credits to your account, navigate to Finances > Add Credits.

Online Payment

• On selecting online Payment, the current account balance is displayed at the top.

• To recheck the payment status, enter the Payment ID which is available under" Recheck Payment Status" and click the "Recheck" button.

• To check the Recent transactions, there is a grid available to check all the payment ID, amount & its respective status.

• Enter the amount that needs to be credited and click the "Pay" button. system will be redirected to the payment gateway, enter the card details and proceed for payment.

• Upon payment successful, a message will be displayed as shown below.

Offline Payment

• On selecting offline Payment, the current account balance is displayed at the top.

• Enter the offline credits payment details and click the "Make Payment" button.

• Once the "Submit Offline Payment" button is hit, a thank you message will displayed on the screen. Upon eMudhra finance approval, the amount will be credited into the account.
