Cancel A Pending Certificate Order

• To cancel an order, go to Certificates > Orders > View order page.

• Click on the Cancel order button in the order actions. On click of "Cancel Order" a modal will be displayed as shown below.

• User can provide the Cancellation Remarks and click on "Cancel Order" button & Order status will turn to "Order Cancelled".

What's following?

• Upon order cancellation the certificate request cannot be processed & account user will get a refund amount. Account users can also download the credit note by going to that order view page.
