EV Request Approvals

• To View the SSL EV Certificate request, Go to Certificates > EV Request Approvals. This helps to simplify approval processes with our new in-platform approval feature, complementing email notifications. To access this feature, Certificate Approver should be an account user within their enterprise account.

• Certificate approver can filter the EV Request Approvals with the "Order ID" filter.

To approve the SSL EV certificate request, click on the "Order ID" link, a modal will be displayed with the detailed certificate approver information which includes Certificate Approver info, order & organization information.

• On click of "Approve" button, certificate approver verification will be completed & consent will be approved with the status displayed as "Yes".

• On click of "Reject" button, certificate approver verification will be completed & consent will be approved with the status displayed as "No".
