Sub Reseller / Sub Enterprise creation

  • To on board a new sub reseller / Enterprise go to menu > Sub Accounts > sub account.

  • By default, Sub Accounts menu will not be enabled on account activation. To create Sub Accounts administrator, need to contact account manager.

  • Sub Accounts can be created only by Reseller account types.

  • Enterprise users cannot be able to create sub-accounts.

  • By default, the last 10 Sub-accounts can be viewed as shown below.

  • The list of users can be filtered & searched by Email ID then click on "Search" button.

  • Click on the plus icon (+) on the top right to add a sub account (Reseller / Enterprise).

  • On Click of "+" button for creating sub account, system will navigate to the page as below.

  • Fill all the below details.

  1. Enter Sub account's Organization Name.

  2. Select the Organization Type.

  3. Select Country.

  4. Select 'Bill to My Account' or 'Bill to Sub Account' as per the necessity. Below listed for better clarity.

Bill to My Account

  • This means for all the transactions done from sub account, amount will be deducted from the Parent Account wallet.

  • If this option is selected select the default language & assign account manager for this respective account.

  • Automatically approve the sub account certificate requests Enable: When sub account user places an order, then this request will be auto approved & no human intervention is required. Disable: When sub account user places an order then this request will have to for a parent approval. Parent account administrator need to approve the certificate request.

Bill to Sub Account

  • This means amount will be deducted from the sub account wallet. Credits can be maintained within its own account.

  • If this option is selected, then the below details to be entered as a part of account creation.

  • Select 'Set Price List'. Price list for sub accounts can be created from sub accounts menu.

  • Select Account Balance End Date.

  • If wish to send low credit alert, then enable the toggle.

  • Set minimum limit for low credits alert.

  • Enter the Time Out in second.

  1. Select Default Language. (English / Spanish)

  2. Select Account Manager.

  3. Allow this Sub Account to create their own Sub Accounts Enable: Sub Reseller will be having a provision to create the sub accounts. Disable: Sub reseller cannot be able to create sub accounts.

Products

  • Select 'Products' wants to map for the sub account. (Multiple Products can be mapped).

  • Select product Category from the dropdown & in the products field their respective products will be displayed as shown below.

Sub Account User

  • Enter sub account user details.

  • Enter the Name, Email ID, Mobile Number, Designation, and Employee ID.

  • Click on 'Save' button. Once the user is added successfully, he/she will receive an email with the account activation instructions.

What's following?

  • In case of Enterprise sub account, upon successful creation of sub account, respective sub account user will receive an email with the account activation instructions. This email includes a link that takes them to you an account activation page.

  • In case of reseller sub account, upon successful account creation it goes for eMudhra approval. Upon approval an account activation email link will be sent to the reseller sub account user. This email includes a link that takes them to you an account activation page.

Edit Sub Account

  • Upon creation a sub account will be available in the grid. To check the sub account information, click on sub account name it will navigate to the sub accounts view page as shown below.

  • Administrator can edit Account configuration, Billing information, Bank details & add the products whenever it is required.

  • To check the Allocation / Deallocation credits history, there is a grid available to check all the transaction ID, credit / debit amount.

  • List of users displayed in the grid to check who are part of this sub account.

  • List of products will be displayed which are been mapped to this account.

  • On click of "Edit" button admin can change the Sub account information.

Allocate / Deallocate Credits

  • To Allocate / Deallocate the credits to sub account admin can click on "Allocate / Deallocate credits" button on the top of the header as shown below.

  • This option will be displayed only when finance for certificates configured as "Bill to Sub Account". Credit to Sub Account: If this option is selected amount will be credited into Sub account & balance will be deducted from main account. Debit from Sub Account: If this option is selected amount will be debited from Sub account & balance will be credited into main account.

  • On click of "Proceed" button after allocating the necessary credits.
